My Creative Space Thursday

I am still here. I have been a bit preoccupied with things and just got too distracted. Family stuff, injuries to family, family drama, family on life support and it goes on and on and on. Yeah, I know, you guys know how it goes.
My only claim to having a creative space is my new stack of freshly borrowed library books. With any luck I will get to dabble in some new stuff I am about to learn from within these pages.

My Creative Space This week

My Creative space this week  is covered in one of my most favourite things ever.

A tiny snapshot of a boot load of remnants donated to nunde to be used in bags instead of ending up in landfill. Rescued from a curtain business, all new and all awaiting endless design possibilities.

Finally my space is filled up with one of my most favourite things. All awaiting something, never sure what, but none of the creations I make with patty pans involve cooking. I need more variety to add to my collection. Anyone know where you can get yummy looking patty pans?

My Creative Space

Piles of gold chain that we purchased from a Diva sale.

When I see Diva sales I see a multitude of creations that can be made with cheap bling.

This was 3 separate necklaces for $5.00 a piece. I am estimating that I can make about 10 bracelets, some phone bling, bag bling and extra chain for my gold chain Garland that I am making and still have some left over. Bargain!!!

On my creative e-space I am proudly showing this badge because I have decided to play along.

My Creative Space.......

Is booming with productivity

3 sexy sewing machines all in a row

Each one working over time on various tasks. Look at the mess. Its awesome!

This is on my space aswell

now I have to learn to use my gocco
This is going to hopefully fulfil my dreams of screen printing witty/serious/picture/etc things on my bags

Just outside my sewing room is this little beauty. In between sewing things to go on it I am sanding this down ready to put my products on.

What is it you ask?

Well I am so glad you asked!!

Its an old lolly stand that was thrown out by our local grocery store, destined for landfill. Before and after pictures when it is finished of course. An upcycler/reclaimers dream:)

Just testing my new labels. If you could see behind the scenes on my creative space today you would see at least 6 of these labels that were massacred by my old slow clunky singer. I gave up in the end and let one of the younger machines do it.

So theres my space
Bustling away, messy and gloriously industrious.
